Yehoshua Maor is the coordinator of  the Hebrew University Centre of Excellence in Agriculture and Environmental Health. He is a lecturer of Toxicology and Environmental Toxicology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Galilee Institute, among other places,  and a consultant to the Ministry of Health and other companies in the fields of Pharmacology, Toxicology, Environmental Health, and Regulatory affairs concerning drugs and nutritional supplements for the FDA and EFSA.

 

Dr. Avital Dror-Ehre

Dr. Avital Dror-Ehre is the recipient of several excellence grants including from the Rieger Foundation, the Excellence Scholarship from Ben-Gurion University, the ISEF Foundation, Katzir-Katchalsky and the Israel Ministry of Science. He is a chemical and biotechnology engineer and the Active Director for the Israeli Water Association. Dr. Dror-Ehre is the Founder and Director of 'Clever Water', a consulting and technology organisation and an evaluator of fund proposals for the EU and Israel. He has co-founded a professional training programme and is involved in organising international and local conferences. A multidisciplinary entrepreneur and practitioner in the fields of water and wastewater, environment and nano-particles, his diverse professional experience includes operation, innovation and technology development, management, policy and regulation, training, R&D, funding and government support.  He formerly worked for the government of Israel in a senior position in which he consulted to ministers, was involved in policy-making, managed a wastewater treatment plant and hosted several innovative technologies.
