Mr. Gad Elharar
MSc, Phytopathology, Technion (Israel Institute of Technology)
Gad Elharar is the former Product and Marketing Manager for various multinationals, including Haifa Chemicals, Norsk Hydro and Duclos International. He serves as a consultant for private business and the Israel Foreign Office and has broad farming experience on Kibbutz Nir Am and in 70 other countries. Mr. Elharar has developed different types of agro-software for irrigation and fertilisation in soil and soil less media, cost income analysis, soil lab analysis, control release fertilisers, GIS aerial image processing and precision agriculture management. He has developed and exported a liquid fertiliser production system for large farms (the ELG1-ELG4) apparatus.
Mr. Nabeel Gnayem

Nabeel Gnayem worked for the Extension Service of the Ministry of Agriculture for 22 years, advising farmers in vegetable cultivation in outdoor fields and greenhouses. The main crops he deals with are strawberries, cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes. Mr. Gnayem’s research includes improving the cultivation of vegetable crops as plant protection methods, chemicals, hybrids, technology, etc. He lectures and conducts study tours in Israel and abroad and is the owner of High Green Tech Ltd., a consulting and agricultural project company.

Dr. Mirian Silberstein
Agronomist, External Quality Auditor, Phytopathology and Entomology Specialist. Areas of expertise include Pest Management and Plant Protection.
