In November members of National Environment Tribunal and the Judiciary of Kenya attended a specially designed Environmental Impact Assessment training programme at the Centre for Agriculture, Environment and Water, Galilee Institute.
The programme provided participants with training in all aspects of environmental impact assessment including EIA of development projects including clean energy projects, legal and scientific implications of EIA and enforcement of environmental standards and regulations.
