La Organización de Estados Americanos (OEA) y el Instituto Internacional de Gestión de Galilea firmaron el 28 de noviembre un acuerdo para otorgar 500 becas parciales para estudios de post-grado para los estudiantes de las Américas en programas de desarrollo sostenible, la diversificación económica, la educación y el comercio.
