Ms. Liora R. Asa has over 20 years of professional experience in non-profit capacity building. She has served as adjunct lecturer on Philanthropy and Fundraising at the University of Haifa's MBA for Nonprofit Management program, and the Western Galilee College. At Galilee International Management Institute she lectures on fundraising, grant writing, resource development strategic planning, and telling an organisation's story. Ms. Asa served as on-line lecturer in grant writing for the International Development Certificate graduate program of the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She co-facilitates the Paideia Summer Incubator program for young Jewish social entrepreneurs throughout Europe and the FSU. Before moving to Israel in 1996, Ms. Asa managed international development projects for a USAID contractor, Chemonics International. For over a decade, Ms. Asa worked at Shatil as a resource development consultant, providing support to hundreds of non-profit organizations in the North, and facilitating trainings on resource development. In 2007, she initiated the creation of Shatil's financial management consulting division, a new branch of capacity support for NGOs. Today, together with her training and consulting assignments, she also represents a European family foundation in Israel managing its grant portfolio.
Mr. Amos Carmeli

Mr. Amos Carmeli is the President of Perach International. For 34 years he served as the National Director of Perach, an independent public institution dedicated to enriching disadvantaged children educationally, socially and culturally, throughout Israel. It is the largest institution of its kind in the world. Perach engages close to 30,000 students a year in tutoring and mentoring needy children from over 1,500 schools all over Israel. Perach's main office in the Weizmann Institute of Science oversees the daily operation of over 650 regular employees, working in eight regional centres. The job entails all facets of administration and education including management of personnel, budgeting, research projects, training programmes, supervision and follow-up activities, as well as contacts with government ministries and agencies, municipal authorities and institutes of higher learning. In the past, Mr. Carmeli was in charge of the administration of the national kindergarten system and school planning in Israel. He served as Deputy Head of the Division of Education in Agricultural School, Settlements and Rural Areas in the Ministry of Education. Mr. Carmeli has experience in organising and operating American youth movement activities and managing summer camps.
Prof. Sheizaf Rafaeli

Prof. Sheizaf Rafaeli is the Director of the Centre for the Study of the Information Society and Head of the Graduate School of Management at the University of Haifa. He has experience in creating Internet-based systems for online higher education, journalism, politics, government, social and economic virtual organisations and efforts. Prof. Rafaeli is a co-editor of Network and NetPlay: Virtual Groups on the Internet, published by MIT Press. He is the co-coordinator of the international ProjectH and the founder and co-editor of The Journal of Computer-Mediated Communication. He has initiated and set up the SHIL (Citizen's Advice Board) online service. Prof. Rafaeli is currently a member of several editorial boards, including JCMC, The International journal of E-Politics, ITS Harenet and IJKL. He has been a long time member of the Stockholm International Challenge Jury for Information Systems Projects, and served in visiting research and teaching positions at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, IDC, Ohio State University, Michigan State University, IBM, Stanford University, Technion, Israeli College of Management and the University of Michigan.
Mr. Eliezer (Moodi) Sandberg
Mr. Eliezer Sandberg is the founder and chairman of the hi-tech subcommittee of the Israeli parliament and has been a member of Parliament for 14 years. He served as the former Minister of Science and Technology, former Minister of National Infrastructure, former Deputy Minister of Ministry of Education Culture and Sports and former Deputy Speaker at the Knesset (the Israeli Parliament).

Dr. Haim Taub is an organisational consultant in the development of programmes to improve organisational effectivity, improving quality of service, implementing quality systems and developing personnel and management. He serves as a lecturer in universities across Israel and conducts workshops on leadership, interpersonal communication, improvement of quality service, personal evaluation, emotional intelligence and creativity.
