- I want to put my studies on hold can I get a refund?
In line with standard practices for online education, we cannot provide refunds once the courses have commenced. However, students have the option to resume their studies after a negotiated holding period, as arranged with university officials.

The programme spans three years and is divided into courses totalling 60 ECTS in the first year, 65 ECTS in the second year, and 65 ECTS in the third year. - What documents are required?
To register for the programme, you need to provide the following documents:
- A copy of your valid ID card or passport.
- Your High School Diploma Certificate in English.
- A letter from your graduated High School confirming completion of at least 12 years of schooling and qualification for university studies (Level 5 according to EQF or equivalent).
- An updated CV.
- English language certification at a minimum level of B2.
- How do I register?
The application process is simple and straightforward. You can apply all year round. Register from the programme information page here on Galilee Institute’s website. - How will I access my study programme?
Once you complete your registration process and payment you will receive personal credentials (username and password) to access the e-learning platform.
- Can I pause the programme after starting? What happens to my tuition fees?
Certainly, you can pause the programme after commencement. Your tuition fees will be rolled over to when you resume the programme.
- When can I start to study?
The next academic year is 2024/2025. Your study period starts on 1 August 2024 until 31 July 2025.
You can start at any time during the academic year.
- How will I be evaluated?
The assessment is based on the following criteria:
- the results of mid-term tests that may consist of online evaluation tests (multiple-choice or open questions), mock tests, papers, workshop activities, projects
- the attendance at online activities through the platform (frequency of the interaction and quality of the attended activities)
- the results of the final exam.
