When global travel was restricted due to the Covid-19 crisis last year, it was immediately clear that GIMI's mission, -Imparting Israeli Knowledge, must continue at all costs. Gimi had to evolve to meet this new challenge, and we entered the online academic world.
For GIMI, going online was a real challenge but at the same time, it was a great opportunity to offer our content in a flexible and affordable way. As the world emerges from the pandemic, we look forward to offering a wider scope of opportunities with our on-site Programmes returning soon!
Today we are very proud to look back and see what we have achieved together:
- Online activities have been running continuously since June 2020, in all fields of study offered by the Galilee Institute: Online Courses, dedicated workshops and projects
- New co-operative partnerships have been set up with major international organizations
- We have had the great pleasure of welcoming thousands of participants online from all five continents
As we reflect on the past year, and with our eyes turned with hope towards the future, we wish to say THANK YOU!
