Whilst in India, Dr. Joseph Shevel and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Dr. Baruch Levy held several beneficial and productive meetings. They discussed cooperation with the Indian Maritime University, in the area of Port Management. They also held meetings with senior managers at WHO-SEARO to discuss allocating scholarships to various GIMI Programmes.
