Dr. Joseph Shevel, President of Galilee Institute was invited to be the Opening Keynote Speaker at the 8th International Conference of the West African Research and Innovation Management Association (WARIMA).  The Conference was hosted by Elizade University, Ilara-Mokin, Ondo State, Nigeria. Dr. Shevel's keynote address was The Israeli Experience, as applied to the theme of the Conference:  'Enhancing University-Government-Industry Research and Innovation Partnerships for Local Relevance and Global Competitiveness'.  The lecture was very well received and Dr. Shevel was delighted to meet graduates and old friends.
