Members of Uganda Municipal Infrastructure Development Programme Project (USMID), recently attended a specially designed Urban Environment and Social Management Training Programme at the Agriculture and Environment Training Centre, Galilee Institute.
The participants received knowledge and skills to overcome the challenges related to environment and social management in project implementation in urban areas, including EIA, effective waste management and environmental auditing and planning.
