Dr. Joseph Shevel took part in a round table discussion at the Bled Stategic Forum this September.  He had been invited by the Government of Slovenia and enjoyed meeting the many other VIPs that also participated. The BDS was launched, 10 years ago, with a vision to bring together decision-makers from different fields, to encourage open debate on contemporary political, security and development challenges, and to search for new ideas and solutions.
