New nomination for Dr BALTHASAR Cola Ngoy

Congratulations to our graduate Dr. BALTHASAR Cola Ngoy from the Democratic Republic of Congo who was appointed by the Head of State as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Universal Health Coverage regulatory and control authority in his country.

Dr BALTHASAR participated in the programme on Health Systems Management in French in May 2022.
