Congratulations to Lt. Gen. Hayk Kotanjyan

Lt. Gen. Hayk Kotanjyan is a GIMI Alumnus and the Co-Chairman of "ARMENIA-ISRAEL, ISRAEL-ARMENIA" Public Forum established under the auspices of the Groups of Friendship between Israel's Knesset and Armenia's National Assembly. Lt. Gen. Kotanjyan was honoured to receive the "Mkhitar Gosh" medal for services rendered to the Artsakh Republic.
