Dr. Amram Aharoni

Dr. Amram Aharoni is a distinguished professional with substantial experience in directorship, accounting, and finance. He has a strong background in valuation and risk management, particularly in the banking, investment, industrial, and real estate sectors.

In addition to his practical experience, Dr. Aharoni has a significant record in academia. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with honours, as well as an MBA with a specialization in Finance from Tel Aviv University. He also holds a PhD in Business Administration from New York University, with a focus on finance and accounting.

Dr. Amram Aharoni's academic contributions extend beyond his professional endeavours. He has served as a lecturer in finance and accounting at Tel Aviv University and in investment theory at the Interdisciplinary Centre (IDC) Herzliya, where he shared his expertise in stock valuation, equity analysis, financial derivatives, forward contracts, and options.
