In order to apply for the tuition scholarship, you must complete the registration procedure. This procedure consists of filling out the registration form and the visa application form. The sponsorship endorsement form must also be completed and then stamped by your sponsor. These three forms must be submitted to the programme administrator, together with your detailed CV. The programme administrator will submit the above documents to the Galilee International Management Institute Admission Committee. This committee reviews all applications and decides who is eligible for a tuition scholarship. You will be notified of their decision, approximately two weeks after submission of your application.

No. The living expenses and the cost of the flight ticket are not covered by the tuition scholarship. These expenses must be covered by the participant or his/her sponsor.

A university degree is required in order to take part in all Galilee International Management Institute programmes. Exceptions are made in cases involving veteran employees with many years of experience relevant to the topic of the programme they wish to attend.

The living expense fee covers the following: accommodation (full board); different fees for single or double occupancy; airport transfers; study tours (entrance fees + transportation); study materials; organisation/administration (including taxes); computer facilities; recreation (tour guide, meals, transportation, entrance fees); course coordination. The living expense fee does not cover: flight ticket; per diem.

Please be advised that health insurance covers general health ailments that occur during your stay with the Galilee International Management Institute, and includes emergency treatment and hospitalisation if required. Insurance DOES NOT cover any health problems including any side effects of HIV/AIDS and HIV/AIDS medication or pregnancy-related care that began prior to arrival in Israel. Dental treatment is NOT covered, except for minor first-aid. All other dental procedures must be paid for by the participant.

The Galilee International Management Institute is responsible for issuing the entry visa to Israel for its students. After being accepted by our admissions committee and completing all registration procedures (including payment for one's living expenses), the Israeli Ministry of Interior authorises the participant’s entry to Israel. In cases where there’s an Israeli embassy in the country, the participant will proceed to the embassy with the copy of the document stating his eligibility for visa and the embassy will issue the visa within a few days. However, if there is no Israeli representative in the participant’s country, he/she will be able to travel with a copy of their visa eligibility document and the visa will be issued upon arrival at Israel's Ben-Gurion Airport. Students who come from countries that require only a tourist visa to enter Israel will receive their visa from the immigration authorities at Ben-Gurion Airport.

The Galilee International Management Institute will grant a diploma for each respective study programme to all participants who successfully complete the course work, including submission of the final report. Please note that this is not an academic degree.
