Major General Dr. Baruch Levy is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Galilee International Management Institute and the Chairman of “TZEVET”- Israel War Veterans. He is the President of the National Council on Voluntarism in Israel and a member of the World Veterans Federation Council.
Major General Dr. Levy has served as a consultant and lecturer on social policy and volunteerism, leadership development and community organisations. He was active in the military and police service in the areas of human resources, youth, training, education and community relations. His government service involved welfare services, social policy and youth development. Over the years he has been involved in public service and volunteer work dealing in demography, child and youth welfare, distressed communities and social planning. Major General Dr. Levy has been involved in short missions to transitional countries in the Far East, Africa and Central America to conduct training on social policy and management of human services.
