Ofer Dressler is the Director General of the Haifa Municipal Association for the Protection of the Environment. He is the former Chairman of ASAF Environmental Technologies, a private company involved in the planning, construction and operation of different environmental projects such as recycling plants, steam production from waste, sanitary landfills, transfer stations and more. He has worked as a consultant to local and regional municipalities in Israel and around the world and has served as an expert advisor in recycling and municipal solid waste projects.
