Shimon Tal

Shimon Tal is the founder and CEO of R.T.S. Water Ways.  From 2000-2006 he served as the Water Commissioner of Israel, making him responsible for the overall management, planning and regulation of the national water sector and Israel’s water resources.

Since graduating from the Israeli Institute of Technology (Technion), he has acquired extensive professional experience in both water engineering and executive capacities. Over the last thirty years Mr. Tal has been working in water resources management and the water supply and sanitation sector of Israel. His experience spans national and international water issues as well as bilateral and multilateral water agreements.

Tzuki Deutsch

MBA Business Management, Hebrew University, Israel

Tzuki Deutsch is the Chairman and Partner of R.T.S Water Ways Ltd. In the past he served as the CEO of Mei Golan, the Regional Water & Agriculture Association of the Golan Heights. The association has built a reservoir formation along the Golan Heights supplying irrigation and drinking water to 27 communities. It supplies fresh water and treats waste water that is subsequently reused safely for agriculture.
Mr. Deutsch is a founder of Kibbutz Geshur– a community agriculture farm with 1500 acres of crops , dairy and poultry. He has managed the farm for many years as the CEO and Chairman.
