Tzuki Deutsch is the Chairman and Partner of R.T.S Water Ways Ltd. In the past he served as the CEO of Mei Golan – the Regional Water & Agriculture Association of the Golan Heights. The association has built a reservoir formation along the Golan Heights supplying irrigation and drinking water to 27 communities. It supplies fresh water and treats waste water that is subsequently reused safely for agriculture.

Mr. Deutsch is a founder of Kibbutz Geshur– a community agriculture farm with 1500 acres of crops , dairy and poultry. He has managed the farm for many years as the CEO and Chairman.
