Prof. Adebiyi Gregory Daramola, the Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), Nigeria is currently in Israel, attending the GIMI Programme on ‘Finance Management in Higher Education’. In between the tightly packed programme, Prof. Daramola made time to meet with GIMI President Dr. Joseph Shevel and Ms. Carina Baum, Director of the Centre for Higher Education at GIMI.  FUTA is one of the leading technical universities in Nigeria and joint programmes were discussed as a preliminary to a second meeting in Nigeria to be held later this month. The two Institutes will also be signing an MOU.
