Dr. Joseph Shevel awarded an Honorary Degree from the Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences (SHIATS)

SHIATS, established in 1910, located in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh is the most populous state in Northern India. They want GIMI to be involved in implementing practices to increase milk yield.  Dr. Shevel's recent visit was concluded with plans for continued cooperation and capacity building ventures. GIMI has 13 graduates in SHIATS in key positions.
